Usage Data
- Engagement: We track interactions such as voting on posts to manage community features and calculate totals.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Authentication: To securely manage your account and profile.
- Core Services: To facilitate the reporting and voting system that drives the CodeBox experience.
- Public Feedback: To display user-generated reports and photos to other members of the community.
- Relational Mapping: To connect your user ID to your specific contributions (reports/votes) in our database.
3. Data Storage & Third-Parties
Your data is processed and stored using industry-standard service providers:
- Supabase: Used for database management, storage of media, and user authentication.
- Vercel: Used for hosting our application services and API.
These providers have access to your information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated to protect your data.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion
Apple and global privacy regulations grant you specific rights regarding your data:
- Account Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the app's Settings menu.
- Data Access: You may request a copy of the data we have stored about you.
- Location Opt-out: You can revoke location permissions at any time through your device system settings.
Upon deletion, your personal information will be permanently removed from our production databases within 30 days.
